About Bikram Yoga

At Valley Hot Yoga a Bikram Yoga studio, there are no judgements and no expectations.

Just breathe.  Everything else is optional.  You just do the best that you can with the body you have today.  Yoga doesn't care if you're not flexible.  It doesn't care if you can't balance.  Just do what you can do and the rest will come with practice and guidance.

Our instructors will guide you.

We offer a Bikram 26 asana (posture) series to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons in the safest way possible.  The class is designed for all levels:  first time students and experienced practitioners alike.

Our 90 minute class moves fresh, richly oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order.

At Valley Hot Yoga, our instructors have trained, taught and practiced this yoga extensively.  They will help you meet your goals and are available before and after every class to answer any questions you have regarding the postures or the studio.
