Michelle

Michelle has been practicing yoga for five years and was drawn to yoga for its healing capacity and sacred time to connect with herself in the midst of a hectic life.
Michelle has a big heart. She has worked in the human services field for over ten years for underserved populations.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification at the Karoun Yoga Studio in West Springfield in 2016, and has been teaching in Northampton and Feeding Hills.
She teaches a fun, active flow class with an eclectic playlist and always gives students an opportunity to challenge themselves while honoring what their bodies are asking for that day.
