Slow Hatha Yoga
In Slow Hatha, you will be guided through varying physical postures, practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds than a vinyasa flow. Through slow and patient movement, you will learn proper alignment and modifications for poses, with the use of props. Straps and blocks are provided, but students are welcome to bring bolsters and any equipment of their own. This class is welcome to all levels and especially encouraged for beginners. Heated to 105 degrees with varying humidity.
